Giti Mayton completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work at The Ohio State University. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). Giti has over ten years of experience as a counselor and social worker.

Colleen Moury has a BA in Psychology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Since becoming a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) she has worked providing counseling services to those participating in medication assisted treatment, as well as to individuals with other mental health diagnoses.

Andrew St. Jacques has been licensed as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) since 2015, and has been working with patients receiving medication assisted treatment for more than 2 years.

Jonathan has over 35 years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy industries. He holds multiple MBA degrees and a Post-Masters Certificate in Education demonstrating his passion for life-long learning. His vast industry experience strategically enhances his current Senior Account Executive role at the nation’s largest Patient Benefit Management (PMB) organization. Jonathan is a PhD candidate in Organization and Management from Capella University School of Business & Technology currently researching imprint theories and the behavior/intent gap connected with change management. He is licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as a CDCA.
